The service

OttoBob.ai provides AI-assisted marketing, lead-response, and follow-up services for local businesses and operates the Otto University student-partner program. Submitting a form requests contact from us or the named local business; it does not create a purchase obligation.

SMS program terms

By checking the SMS consent box you enroll in recurring marketing and follow-up text messages from OttoBob.ai (or the named local business) at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — contact your carrier for details. Reply STOP to cancel at any time (you may receive one confirmation message), and HELP for help. You can also stop texts instantly from our contact page or email support@ottobob.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how consent data is handled.

Acceptable use & accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully. Student-partner and business accounts are subject to the program agreements presented at signup. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform or violate messaging regulations.

Payments, refunds & cancellation

Student partners: the one-time $99 setup fee is refundable in full within 14 days of payment if your territory has not been activated (no campaigns launched on your behalf). The $49 monthly territory fee covers the month in progress and is not prorated; you may cancel anytime and your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. When you cancel or release your ZIP+4 territory, it returns to the available pool.

Business owners: the one-time $199 setup fee is refundable in full until your first campaign goes live. There is no monthly fee; the success-based fee set out in your services agreement applies only to new sales generated through the platform and is invoiced after those sales close.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. We may, at our discretion, offer refunds beyond this policy. To request a refund or cancel, use our contact form or email support@ottobob.ai from the email on your account. You'll get a ticket number and a confirmation either way.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll as a student partner or business account holder.

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, lead volumes, or income. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or professional advice. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding three months.
